Sheesh. What a day. I've said before that Wednesdays are bad, but today was unusually so.
It began with a horrendous CS lab in which I had to do some nasty bit twiddling in C, a language I haven't touched in months. Between that and a lack of time, I only managed to finish about two thirds of the assignment. This really, really bothers me becuase 1) labs are a large portion of the class grade, 2) I understand the concepts, and 3) I could have easily finished had it been part of a project rather than a rushed lab. I absolutely hate rushed programming. Give me a goal and a reasonable amount of time and I'll deliver a gleaming gem of code; none of this get-it-working-as-best-you-can-and-turn-it-in crap.
After that I had a quiz in both my Economics power hour and my Statistics class. I feel I did well in both of them despite forgetting to study for either. Continuing on that theme, save the studying part, I hope to do well on my ECE exam later tonight. Wish me luck.
